| 1: | Do you have free samples? | |
No, free product samples are not available. We do understand however, that it is important for every customer to be satisfied with their purchase. We pride ourselves in our customer service and only promote and offer high-end quality products to our customers that we can personally and confidently recommend. Our experience is that individuals who are genuinely serious about their health and the types of products they use, are happy to commit to a purchase based on detailed and realistic / honest information about the product they are buying. In relation to sunless tanning products in particular, our experience is that individuals who are genuinely willing to try a (new) product based on informed choice, also understand that experiencing the best results can sometimes take a bit of practice over a period of time. This is generally not something that can be achieved with a 1-off product sample. When considering the cost of other tanning options (and notwithstanding their associated health risks), the cost of Liquid Sun® is an affordable option for most individuals making an informed tanning purchase. | 2: | Why are your prices in Australian (AUD) dollars, and why can't you give me prices in my own currency? | |
We are an Australian merchant / company, and as such all of the prices on our web site are listed and charged in our local Australia (AUD) currency. Accepting payments in our local currency enables us to maintain our affordable prices and a high level of customer service. Any online credit card payments (accepted via our secure payment gateway) are processed in AUD (Australian) dollars, and will be automatically converted to your local currency when the charge is processed by your credit card provider. | 3: | What about customs charges? | |
Please note that we have no control over customs charges or taxes etc. which may be imposed by government authorities in individual countries. If you are an international customer, and particularly if you have not ordered goods internationally before, we recommend you check with your local customs authority before ordering to ascertain the regulations within your own country, as any additional fees imposed by your local authority, are non refundable. For this reason, we use the eCommerce Payment Gateway by e-Path to accept our online credit card payments. The eCommerce Payment Gateway by e-Path is a manual gateway system that is 100% PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards) compliant and ensures 100% security and privacy for our customers. The logo (as per above) displayed at our store provides our customers with 100% confidence that they are making a secure online payment. |

| 5: | How can I work out an approximate conversion into my local currency as all of your prices are in AUD (Australian) dollars? | |
Although all of our prices are listed and processed in AUD (Australian) dollars, we provide a simple currency conversion tool here which will enable you to calculate an approximate conversion of an Australia dollar amount into your local currency. |

| 6: | How soon will my order be dispatched after I've placed my order? | |
Orders are generally shipped (by post) within 24-48 business days* of being placed (for orders by credit card), or of receiving EFT (electronic funds payment) payment. If for any reason, an item is not in stock or there are unexpected delays in being able to ship your order, we will contact you by email. You will receive an automatic email confirmation once your order has been completed and ready to be shipped. If for any reason your payment is declined, or your order is not finished, you will receive an automatic email advising the changed status of your order. Please also note that if your order is not showing as complete (shipped), that this can sometimes be the result of local and / or Australian public holidays. |

| 7: | How are orders shipped and how long will it take? | |
All our our orders are shipped via Airmail (post), with delivery times dependent on the shipping option selected at the checkout. As a very general guide*, Australia orders are estimated to take 1-3 business days (by Express Post) and 1- 7 days business days (by Regular Post). International orders are estimated to take 5 - 10 business days (by Regular post) and 3 - 7 business days (by Express Post (if this option is available)). | 9: | How will I recognise the charge on my credit card statement? | |
The charge on your statement will show up under 'IMAGINATIVE PRODUCTS, Waterford AU' * and will match your order details and the sales voucher included with your goods. If you're unsure of your order details, you can check online by logging into your account. INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: If you are from outside of Australia, the AU dollar amount that is charged to your credit card is automatically converted to an amount in your local currency by your credit card provider at the time of processing. The details on your statement should include a notation of the date the charge was made, the AU dollar amount charged and the currency conversion amount into your local currency. If you have specific questions about exchange rate calculations, you should contact your credit card provider. |

| 10. | Do you supply wholesale? | |
Currently, we are simply an independent online retail distributor of the products available at our store. |

| 11: | Can I buy these products anywhere else? | |
We promote the products on our web site as an independent online retail distributor. We are more than happy to be of assistance if you have any questions regarding online retail ordering. However our company does not have any direct association or dealings with offline, wholesale or salon supply. |

| 12: | Do you accept foreign currency payments? | |
No, we currently only accept payments in AUD (Australia) currency. The reason for this is in consideration of variable exchange rates, bank fees incurred with processing foreign currency payments, and the fact that foreign currency payments are subject to a 30 day clearance time. Accepting payments in our local currency enables us to maintain our affordable prices and a high level of customer service. This is why payment via EFT (electronic funds transfer) is only an option available for Australian customers. |
