This website has recently undergone a major site update & upgrade.

To provide a better shopping experience for our customers, this site upgrade included a change to our shopping cart system.

As the new shopping cart is incompatible with the old system, existing customer data and history (before changeover) were unable to be transferred over to our new system.

Customers who registered & ordered before the changeover date:

Customers who registered & ordered before the changeover date will be unable to access their previous history or login into their 'old' account online.

If you are an existing customer, and would like to re-order, you will need to register a new account when you next place an order using our new shopping cart.

If you would like to check on the details of a recently placed order (with the old shopping cart) that you have not yet received, please contact us.

If contacting us, please ensure you provide as much detail as possible (name, address, product ordered, date etc.) to ensure we are able to track your order and reply with the appropriate information.
