to emails, detailed Internet site, fast delivery
of orders, following up with advice and suggestion
emails and a product that fulfils all it's claims!
I think you and your company need to be congratulated
for such an outstanding commitment to fully
satisfying the customer! I think a lot of the
'big' companies could learn a lot from your
business and marketing practices. Although things
like responding to customer emails doesn't seem
so difficult, so many companies don't seem to
be able to do the simplest of things! Great
