Why are your prices in Australian (AUD) dollars, and why can't you give me prices in my own currency?

    How will I recognise the charge on my credit card statement?
       

    The charge on your statement will show up under 'IMAGINATIVE PRODUCTS, Waterford AU' *, and will match the amount shown on the sales voucher and invoice that you will receive with your order.

    If you're unsure of your order details, you can also check online by logging into your account.

    NOTE: If you are from outside of Australia, the AU dollar amount that is charged to your credit card is automatically converted to an amount in your local currency by your credit card provider at the time of processing.

    The details on your statement should include a notation of the date the charge was made, the AU dollar amount charged and the currency conversion amount into your local currency. You can reconcile all of these details and the charge on your credit card statement by referring to your original credit card sales voucher that is sent with your order.
