Order Details & Status

This information applies to registered customers only. To verify details of your order or its progress, please login to your account and view your 'Orders History'. Please note any relevant details or additional information pertaining to your order will appear in the 'Customer Notes' section of your Invoice.

 

Order Status Information:

 

'Not finished'

This indicates you initiated an order, but either did not complete your transaction, or did not return to the shopping cart after submitting your credit card details*.  *(Please note once you have submitted your credit card details and given permission to authorise your payment (even if you exit your browser prematurely), your order stands as a valid order and will be manually converted to 'Processed' status by our accounts department). 

'Queued'

Your order has been successfully placed and is waiting on receipt of your payment.

'Processed'

Your payment details have been received and are waiting on manual processing by our accounts department. Once your payment has been approved, your order will be shipped.

'Complete'

Your order has been successfully completed and will now be shipped. 

'Failed'

Your order is unable to be processed or shipped. Please login to your account and refer to the 'Customer Notes' section of your order / invoice for any further relevant details.

'Declined'

Your order has been declined and is unable to be processed or shipped. Please login to your account and refer to the 'Customer Notes' section of your order / invoice for any further relevant details.
