'Not finished'

This indicates you initiated an order, but either did not complete your transaction, or did not return to the shopping cart after submitting your credit card details*. *(Please note once you have submitted your credit card details and given permission to authorise your payment (even if you exit your browser prematurely), your order stands as a valid order and will be manually converted to 'Processed' status by our accounts department).

If you have paid via Paypal, your order has been successfully placed. If you have elected to pay via EFT, we are waiting on receipt of your payment.

|
If you have elected credit card by e-Path as your payment method, your payment details have been received and are waiting on manual processing by our accounts department. Once your payment has been approved, your order will be shipped.

|
Your order has been successfully completed and will now be shipped.
