We allow returns on most items in our store. For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept return of any exfoliating mitt / glove etc. (except in the instance it is unopened, unused and undamaged).
Please note due to product shelf life we are unable to accept any returns after 35 days.
- Unopened items: Unopened items can be returned or exchanged for any
reason within 35 days of purchase. Provided items are returned undamaged, unopened & unused, we are happy to refund your purchase in full minus any shipping fees.*
- Product Sensitivity: In the unlikely event of a sensitivity or allergic reaction to a product, the item can be returned within 35 days of purchase for a full refund minus any shipping fees.*
- Damaged Product: While our orders are always packed with the utmost of care, in the unlikely event that an item is damaged in transit or found to be defective**, we are happy to negotiate return or replacement of the item within 35 days of purchase (including a reimbursement of shipping costs if applicable).
- Sender Error: While our orders are always packed with the utmost of care, in the unlikely event that an item is defective or has been sent in error, we are happy to negotiate return or replacement of the item within 35 days of purchase (including a reimbursement of shipping costs if applicable).
**NOTE: This applied to items which have a manufacturing fault, and does not include misuse, abuse or dislike of product.
