Return Procedure

All returns must be accompanied by an authorised Return ID in order to be processed. Instructions for requesting a return are found by following the instructions under 'Returns'. For details on our return policy, please click here.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR PRODUCT RETURN:

If you have received email confirmation that your return has been authorised, and are returning product, please follow these instructions:
  1. Print the email you received with your ReturnID authorisation. (Subject line of email says 'Imaginative Products & Promotions Pty Ltd: Return '#' has been  authorised).

  2. Click here to print and complete the Product Return Form. (Opens in a new window).

  3. When packing goods for return, please ensure they are packed tightly and securely and in sturdy packaging to ensure items are not damaged during shipment, and in order that your refund / return can be processed smoothly.
